Important information:

• $350 per night for up to 4 people.
• Min stay 3 nights.
• Additional $35 per person per night.
• No charge for 3 year olds or younger.
• Cot available... once off fee of $40 The number of people occupying the premises will not exceed the number of people that beds are provided for.
• The use of the property does not include functions or parties.
• Payments are made by direct deposit.
• Cancellations prior to 90 days to the commencement of the booking will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations less than 90 days to the commencement of the booking will incur a forfeit of the deposit unless the property can be relet for the entire period and if relet for the same duration an administration fee of $150 will be charged.
• For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking no refund will be available.
• All cancellations must be in writing.
• Your Arrival time to the premises is 2pm and Departure is 10am. Where ever possible we will try to accommodate earlier or later arrival and departure times however if Arrival and/or Departure other than those stated above are required an additional day will need to be booked.
• No pets are allowed on the premises.
• Breakages and or Damage to the Property will be billed to your account on departure.
